Personal Planning
In this course, we will explore a wide variety of topics (listed below.) CAPP was designed to aid students in making decisions about their future and exploring events/issues that effect their everyday lives. Students will have the opportunity to share their own ideas, ambitions, and future goals with their peers and we will explore how to attain these goals.

CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS
STUDENTS SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN LEARNING
Students should RESPECT themselves, others, and any property within the classroom or immediate area.
Please be on time.
Please come to class prepared. You will need to bring your duotang, paper, pen/pencil, and other course material to class each session.
Washroom breaks should happen BEFORE class begins. Be sure to ask before leaving so you won’t be marked late. Permission to leave the room will be granted on an emergency basis only.
Put downs WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and dealt with severly. Remember, people have differences! Everyone has the right to their own opinion, and should be encouraged to express it without threat.
Participation in class discussions is required of each student.
Students who are absent are expected to catch up on any work they have missed. You must request this work upon your immediate return, not a few days later. Catch up work is to be completed at school either in the mornings, lunch, or after school.
Any of the above suggestions are open for discussion and a compromise may be reache
